Concentrated solution of Zechstein Inside magnesium chloride hexahydrate (28% concentration), essential oils (Grape Seed, Bergamot, Chamomile, Clary Sage)
Directions
Can be applied to any area of the body. Apply 5-10 sprays every evening and gently massage for optimum absorbtion. Apply at least half an hour before retiring. Can be re-applied if sleep is disturbed due to muscle discomfort. It is normal to feel a slight tingling sensation upon initial use of this product, but this will soon pass with continued usage as your magnesium levels improve.
